Foundations First is a weekly group focusing on enhancing your babies tolerance to tummy time and fundamental skills needed to excel during tummy time. The goal of Foundations First is to enhance yours and your baby's confidence during tummy time, while in a stress free and supportive environment. Foundations First is for any child 1 month to pre-crawling.
